Home Care of Myrtle Beach has been caring for Mom for nearly 18 months. Yvette and Frank are extremely flexible, caring, and responsible. I ask for a good amount of feedback, and the caregivers do a fine job of providing information about what Mom ate, what she did during the day, etc. The level of communication between Frank/Yvette and me and the caregivers and me is excellent. I'm notified immediately whenever there is a problem or concern. The caregivers make sure Mom checks her glucose level, eats healthy meals, and takes her insulin and other meds. Home Care of Myrtle Beach has given me something I haven’t had in quite a while - Peace of Mind. My father was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago, and his ability to care for himself has slowly deteriorated. We tried another company which hired “independent” caregivers, but too many times I would call his home to find he was alone when someone was supposed to be there. I live 600 miles away and the stress became overwhelming. My experience with Home Care of Myrtle Beach has been very positive. Home Care of Myrtle Beach has been a stellar company to work with. They have cared for my parents for 8 months and prior to contacting them my parents had 3 previous home care companies that were a disaster to say the least. I immediately knew Yvette & Frank were hands on because Yvette answered her phone on a Saturday and came out to visit my mother and myself that day because I was in Myrtle Beach for the weekend after my father fell, was in the hospital and I could not leave my mother alone. Home Care of Myrtle Beach have been such a help to our family. Back in September of 2020 I realized that my dad needed some home care help. Yvette and staff have been providing half day help to my parents for several months now. While my parents wanted to remain independent but needed a little extra support, Yvette knew just how to identify the right helpers for this situation and coached everyone on how to make it work. Home Care of Myrtle Beach has been helping my Mom for the past 5 months. My Mom is battling dementia and needs supervision when I am not at home. I am a teacher and it brings me great comfort to know that my mother is being cared for so well while I am at school. Our experience with Home Care of Myrtle Beach was absolutely deserving of a 5 star review. After my mother passed away the wonderful caregivers allowed my father to stay in his home and took such lovely care of him. With the Covid19 pandemic we could not place him in assisted living and Yvette and Frank were always available to discuss my father's care and any health issues that my father had.
