Dr. Mandy Kulbel, or Dr. Mandy as she is better known as, has been in the Jacksonville area for over 20 years. She began in animal medicine as a technician and graduated from Jacksonville University in 2004 after serving seven honorable years in the United States Navy. She then continued her veterinary education pursuing a degree from Iowa State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2008.

Can't say enough about this veterinary office. The staff are caring, emphathetic, compassionate and truly care about the needs/emotions of your pet. I have a special needs boxer, and from Amy at the reception, to Andrew the vet tech and then Dr. Mallet, they have all been giving of their time and concern for Jake. Thank you so much for everything. Fabulous staff and vet center!
