For a short period of time I trusted these guys. They seem to be capable of handling simple things like wheel mounting, balancing and alignments.Then I had wheel bearings replaced at the shop in Marathon. When I called them and told them that there was still an issue with the car the next morning they told me that I was wrong and that I could bring it back in but it wouldn't be for another week. Since I'm not a fan of wasting money on routine maintenance like brakes and so on and so forth I went to go do my brakes this afternoon 4 days after having the work done there and realized that while changing

They have been great and will try to get you in as soon as possible. I have used them befor for mine and my wife's car both under insurance claims and theyve been very helpful and kind, they are usually speedier than the big companies near by too. The women at the front desk was very courteous and understanding in a stressfull situation.

I recently took my car here due to an accident I was in. They did an amazing job fixing my back bumper where I was rear ended. While it was at the Cortland shop, I called to see if it could also get inspected. They drove it to the Marathon shop for me and got it inspected for me. The service here is amazing. Thank you all for you wonderful work!!!!

Absolutely blown away by the service I recently received from The family at Ron’s.
My vehicle had to be brought in for some body repairs from some misfortune, none of which included the interior of my vehicle. However upon picking my vehicle up after hours which they graciously went out of their way to set up with my other half because I couldn’t… coordinate it due to my busy work schedule they had wiped down my dash, shined and clean, cleaned my mats, my seats and left a Ron’s body shop calendar, note pad, pen, flash light , mail opener and coffee mug neatly on my seat

I called Ron's a week ago for some car repairs. Michele was very pleasant and got in the next day for a look. I made arrangements to bring my car back on a Sunday and pick up the rental car. Chris met me there on his day off so I wouldn't have to miss work. Picked up my car and it was Beautiful and back to normal. They even cleaned my car inside and out. My experience with there shop has been wonderful and if I ever need body shop work done, they will be the ones doing it.

Service was done quick. That's the only good thing I have to say. This company takes advantage of people in stressful situations. I was charged $140 just to have my car unlocked, and I was within a few miles of their location, so it's not like they had a long drive to get to me. It took the technician more time to fill out the paperwork than it did to unlock the car. The fact that I paid $140 for five minutes of service is highway robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves for how much they charge people.
