A complete and diligent inspection of your home or structure is the basic starting point for pest/termite control programs. A solid knowledge base of the targeted pest/termite and experience with houses and different types of structures is essential to make an educated recommendation for the appropriate service needed.
The Drywood Termite (Kalotermitidae/Incisitermes minor), the Subterranean Termite (Reticulitermes flavipes R. hesperus), and the Dampwood Termite (Zootermopsis angusticollis). These termites live in your home and /or under your home. They eat into the wood framing and cause considerable damage if left untreated.
We pride ourselves on our knowledge and abilities to help locate all infested areas of your home. An inspection every 1-2 years can be very beneficial to the long term condition of your home. Along with locating infested areas, we also take notes on certain conditions of the home that may lead to wood destroying pests and infection.
Bed Bugs migrate into our homes from infested furniture, luggage, and your belongings after staying in bed bug infested lodging or other areas where bed bugs live. Genesis Termite and Pest Control are the most professional I have ever seen. I am working on my parents’ rental home and needed someone to come and give an extermination estimate for a possible termite issue. Mike came out and performed an inspection and noted the house had previously been treated due to a past issue. I was incredibly happy to hear the house was in better shape than I thought. I had a mite problem and this company came out right away to help me not only find where the problem was coming from, but also took the time to look all around in and out to make sure there wasnt anything else adding to the problem. I cant thank them enough for helping me solve a very stressful situation. We ended up not having to spray. What a company.

We were having a new landscape wall being constructed around our home which required minor grading.of about 2 feet. While grading we hit a yellow jacket nest and all hell broke out with two of the workers being stung. We called Genesis and they had Mike out to our home within about 3 hours. Mike sprayed the yellow jacket nest, or at least what was left of it, and by morning there was no sign of yellow jackets! Very exceptional service and great result. Thank you Genesis.

Mike Balanzategui, the owner/operator, came out to my home for an estimate and was very thorough in evaluating where the termite damage was occurring. He was very professional yet personable. I didn't feel like I was being sold something I didn't need. After obtaining two more estimates with different companies which were similar in cost, I chose Genesis based on my interaction with Mike. And I can't say enough about the crew he sent out to install the tent June 2016. Even though they were a bit late, I was made aware of their delay and kept in the loop through all phases.
