I had a great experience with Mex Limousine Service and would definitely use them again. I used them for my son's surprise birthday dinner and rented the Excursion. They were absolutely fantastic and the driver Luis was super nice. The front office was pleasant and very professional with a couple changes we had to make at the last-minute. They use email notifications that were very helpful and also gave confidence that everything was ready to go. I will definitely use them again for my vehicle charter needs.

Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth the risk. Had a flight to LGA and confirmed the pick up the night before and the driver never showed up. I tried calling the number went to voicemail. These guys are jokes. Just because you have a suburban does not make you a business. I hope this does t happen to anyone else. Complete scam !

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their driver never showed to take my wife and I to the airport despite sending an email confirmation of our reservation. When I tried calling, no one answered and my messages.went unreturned and ignored. My wife and I had to drive ourselves to the airport. Stay clear of this unprofessional organization!
