I contacted Orange as one of 3 companies to get a quote from. The rep (Bob) came on a Thursday and was over an hour late and never apologized. He promised to have a quote in my inbox by Friday morning. A week passed, and nothing (yes, I checked my Spam folder). I tried to call Bob and no answer and no callback. So I emailed Orange directly in the same thread that I originally contacted them asking if they could resend the quote. It's been a week and still no answer. I can understand if you're too busy for my job, or if there was a mix-up, but please tell me. This is unfortunately pretty unacceptable

Called early December 2020 for a repair estimate. Guy never showed up. Called them and they said they needed confirm before they send someone over even though we had already confirmed the date the estimator would arrive a week prior.
We are now almost 2 months later and still no estimate. I've called numerous times and left emails. Each person who answers tells me they will get me the estimate which I never get. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXTREMLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I saw on their website that they offer fence repair service, so I called asking about a repair to a privacy fence. I was told that they only repair fences that they have installed, so what good is that? Why even say that you repair fences. This is like a garage publicly stating that they service cars, but when you bring your car in, they tell you that they only service cars they sell. The person I spoke with (Rick) said they might be able to help and asked me to send a picture of the fence and that he would get back to me about my options and/or feasibility of doing a repair or replace. Orange fence has there worse employees ever there guy came over my home 8/31/20 to look to put up a fence around my home this dude got out of car with attitude, I'm showing him where i like to have the fence around my house he's asking me what kind of fence do i want and do on i said i would like fence like my next door neighbor he kept asking me questions about fence i told him i know nothing about fences i said i showed u what type of fence i want mind you he came with no pictures of fences or anything this dude got mad at me and walk off, so I'm going with reliable fence GREAT

Great experience, knowledgeable and friendly employees. I had been looking for a custom wooden driveway gate to keep my dogs and daughter in the backyard and struggled to find what I was looking for. Options were either vinyl or in wood local places told me to cut up a fence panel to make it or get a steel reinforced gate ($3k+). Finally found Orange Fence and upon calling they knew exactly what I was looking for and could make it to my exact specs in their shop. Drove up and the gentleman I spoke with was really nice, I gave my thoughts on specs and using his experience he said that I might want

I Hired Orange Fence Co to Install a 5 Foot Stockade Fence in my yard . The Men that installed it did a Awesome Job. They removed the Old Fence, Removed the old material from my Property, Installed the New Fence in No Time at All . These men were Professional & Polite . I couldn’t believe how Nice of a Job they did . One of them even took my 90 year old Mother’s groceries in the house for Her !!!! Now.. How’s Yhat For Service !!! Great Job Orange Fence ... Thanks .. Getting frustrated. Put a down payment. Said they be out in 6 weeks or 3 after the flags were laid down, no one has arrived 6 weeks after that. Then I call and they can't even find my contract?? After we put a down payment on!?!? Very frustrated, will see

I recently had a fence installed at my home in Orange and found this company to be both professional and courteous. My experience at Orange Fence was with Brian who came to my home, took measurements and finalized the project. He answered all my questions during his visit and all subsequent questions whenever I called him. He returned all my calls immediately with answers. When his crew arrived, as scheduled, they put up our fence with great pride and professionalism making certain that we were pleased with their work. I recommend Orange Fence and Brian with no hesitations and will use them again

Excellent experience. The owner responded promptly when we contacted them and provided us with a very competitive quote (based on our research). His team did a superb installation job. Ours was not the most complex project which they will undertake this decade, but they really delivered. We had a couple of requests following installation, to which they responded promptly and professionally. We will reach out to them first whenever we have another need for fence design and installation.

We shopped around a bit before hiring Orange Fence. They gave us a good price (NOT cheap though), better than the large home improvement stores. Customer service was great and the install went smoothly. The guys that came out to install the fence were friendly, quick & helpful. They made sure to consult with us before and after the job to make sure we were on the same page and happy with the work.
Initially I wanted a wood fence for a more classic look. After talking with the sales guy we ended up choosing a vinyl, scalloped, picket-fence. He assured us it would look great and be more cost
