Beyond helpful! I reached out to him only two days before my open enrollment period ended, and he responded within 20 min. He was a great resource to help me narrow down plans for our family of five and quickly provided multiple options for me to review. He streamlined my application process and was very responsive. Alex politely and regularly remained in contact for over a year before we were able to do business. He respected our position and followed our requests to stay in touch. Alex has been helping me and my family for months, now. We have one type of insurance with him already, and got incredible service on another type even though we ended up going with a different plan where the consumer just contracts directly with the company. If that wasn’t best for us right now, we would have loved to remain in his care for that as well.
He’s responsive (phone and email both), thorough, and honest. I also had all kinds of caveats that made our correspondence stretch over a long period of time and he still continued to give us his service. Highly recommend.
