It is almost impossible to contact and/or receive service from any of the trades in Boone, NC on a weekend. The Well Docter answered the phone on Sunday morning at 6:30 a.m. and Mike came out that day for a diagnosis. After determining the pump needed replacement, he and has team worked almost around the clock (1:30 a.m.) until the job was complete. I can no say enough about the timely and professional manner that we received from Mike and crew. I understand now why the Company has so many 5-star reviews! Highly recommended!

Prompt, friendly, professional and exceptional service. From the moment Eric and Zander arrived 3pm on a Sunday they diagnosed the problem and had the needed replacement well pump installed all in under an hour. They explained everything so thoroughly while working together very efficiently. What more could you have asked for? Totally exceeded my expectations and would recommend them to anyone.

Eric did a fantastic job replacing my pump. I was skeptical of replacing the expansion tank since the previous owners of my home led me to believe it was very new, however Eric took the time to test it, and articulated to me the cons for not replacing it at the same time in such a manner that I felt confident accepting his advice on replacing it as well. The water pressure inside the house is almost doubled now from what it seems, and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience from everyone at the Well Dr. Highly recommend them!

Very honest and professional company. I called because my pressure tank was leaking and was expecting to replace the entire tank. The technician diagnosed it and said it's just a minor fitting that broke. They could have charged me much more, but they were very honest and only repaired what was broken. I will definitely use Well Doctor again.

I was told that they could service my water system and I have been waiting for almost 3 months now just to get the filters and have called multiple times to check on when my filters will be in and every time I have called I was promised a call back that I never got. I made my last call to them and was told they can't get the filters for my water system. Why couldn't I be told this on my first phone call????? This is a prime example of very poor customer service. if you need a prompt response I would not recommend using these folks also be prepared to be blown off frequently. I am in the customer

DO NOT use the well doctor to install a water purification system!! They installed ours and did the most shotty work. They decided that a great long term solution for our water system was to run a BROKEN CORD with LIVE WIRES across a hallway where our children would walk over!!! Not only was this bad judgement, but it was dangerous and unprofessional! They also thought it a “great” solution to permanently use a power strip instead of installing an electrical box. They also took advantage of the family we bought the house from. We had a VA loan which requires wells to be within range. This company
