Mike saved the day for a gift for my daughter's wedding. He, in one day, was able to create a custom pendant for my daughter and engraved it exactly how I requested. He even worked late to get it done on time. It's beautiful and I cannot thank him enough for saving the day after my first plan failed! I would highly recommend this jewelry store!

I love going into this jewelry store. Kim and Mike are always so helpful. They have done a couple of custom pieces for me and I have never been disappointed. They communicate well and I have been happy with their turn around time. Even if they have a delay, they call me and let me know what the situation is. Now that’s what customer service should be! I love my jewelry as most of it has tremendous sentimental value. I recently missplaced my wedding ring and Mike and Kim were so gracious in taking some odds and ends that I already had and made me a beautiful wedding band.
