They had come out the first time to fix my garage and was amazing, but when we had an issue several months later.. very poor!!
I had called the number for 2 days leaving messages that my vehicle was stuck in my garage due to door jammed and needing adjusting, no one returned or answered my calls. So I had to call another company to come get my vehicle out and fix my garage. Still waiting!! Atleast a return call would have been great to say hey we are shorthanded and overwhelmed instead of forwarding me to voicemail, yes sir I do see that as bad business, I would always return my customers calls

Wow! I cannot say, “thank you,” enough! Ray interrupted date night to come help me with my emergency repair. I had an incident, resulting in an accidental garage-door-closing on the back of my Expedition as I backed out. Needless to say, the door was damaged. My truck was fine, but the door needed (what I thought was) serious help... on top of it all, it was raining, & I was hopelessly stressed because it, naturally, was 4:55, right at closing time. I called a couple other companies, first. One (who did work for us last month) did not answer their phone, & the other wasn’t sure he could help

Great work, fast service! Our garage door torsion spring suddenly gave out after 11 years of opening and closing. We called and got an appointment right away, same day! It was my only day off after 7 days so I was hoping I would still have time left over to do things. They arrived a few hours after I had made the initial call just as they had promised and got to work straight away. My wife and I went back into the house to discuss what we were going to do with the rest of the day when we were notified they were done and everything was lubed and double checked. It runs like new again! Less than
