Very unprofessional. Had an appointment but upon arrival was advised by the person in the office they were busy reading their email and working on a big order. Waited to go over what we wanted to order then someone else walks in and the person stop us and begins helping the walk in. We concluded our discussion and left. I realized we were not given a time frame for completion of our order so I sent an email to inquire. I was advised that she was still working on a large order and hadn't started ours therefore I replied 18 minutes later cancelling our order then at 2:40 is I get a reply that
