Called out to fix my ejector pump when the high-level alarm sounded. They responded promptly. Stuck float-they fixed it. I watched them run it multiple times, then left to return to work while they finished and cleaned up. Next morning, I had water in the storage room. I saw the pump main breaker was OPEN and further, the high level alarm wasn't working, so when it overflowed-NO ALARM. Discussed with the Owner via email-forget trying to actually talk to a manager. His guys denied and he wouldn't call me back. Had another company reset the high level alarm. All good now. Requested refund to partially

Need a 0 star. Cause the service was horrible and the workers legit didn't wanna do their job. Were saying eah it could be done but we don't really want to. And we had to call them back because they didn't do what needed to be done. Thankfully the next set of workers the company sent actually cleaned our drain and did the job. Still will not call them back for more service.

Honest and expert business. The plumber, Paul, came out and gave an honest assessment at a fair price. Did all work in a short time and with expert quality. Plumbing repairs aren't fun, so unless you want to do them yourself, hire Young Plumbing to get the work done at your house.

First of all this company advertises that it is in your town but is not.
They charge $85 just to look at the issue
They charged me $380 for a job that they could not fix but told me since they tried they needed to get paid. After calling another plumber he said they should of known that they could not fix the issue because it was a sewage issue.
I am out $380 and I have a horrible mess in my basement. Please find an honest plumber that is not out just to take your money. But actually wants to help fix your issue.

Had them come out to change a toilet out..they tried to tell me I needed all my drain pipes changed out. No, I called you to change out the toilet and I've never had a problem with the drain pipes. They changed out the toilet, it worked for a while and all of a sudden, it starts clogging. I don't have any other problem except for the fact the toilet keeps clogging. I would not recommend them. With all these new water saving toilets out, I'm considering going back to a 3 gallon tank for better flushing power.

While I'm mechanically stupid, I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me. Was charged over $200 JUST to tell me where a leak was coming from and was given a $2,000 estimate to fix a very simple problem. I had a different company fix my issue for $400.
I have no doubt that Young Plumbing can fix your problems but you better be willing to pay top dollar to do so. Not even in an emergency will I call this company again!

Couldn't/Wouldn't give an estimate over the phone. Doesn't charge an hourly service rate like good professionals do... Instead uses a "Flat Rate." and won't disclose what that rate is or based off of. To me, a Flat Rate would be a flat hourly service rate. Apparently they charge per piece of the job regardless of actual time it takes to do it and call that a "Flat Rate."
$545 for less than 1.5 hours of labor using $100 or less (my estimate since they wouldn't break down the pricing for me).
I won't call them again since in my opinion the cost

Young Plumbing come out during the holidays and repairs were completed and reasonable price. These guys are good. Young returned my call and got here fast to do repair work on bath toilet. Young Plumbing come through for me and it was during the holidays. I would like to give them five stars, but I have been waiting for them to come out the finish the other bathroom. To be fair, I just recently called last week and requested a day in advance notice. They're working around my schedule just for everyone who reads this review. Call me back Young Plumbing.
