I lost my husband unexpectedly. It was my son who googled funeral homes and found Monarch. We toured and I was unexpectedly surprised how different the outside is from the inside. It is unlike any other funeral home I have been in, and it was perfect for my husband. The layout, the furnishings, the lighting, everything is beautifully coordinated and upscale. Bill and his staff were amazing and helped me through all aspects of the funeral. A month later, he is still helping me. Bill...I will always be grateful to you. Our son died suddenly. The grief and despair were overwhelming. We called around to a few different funeral homes. Our call to Monarch and the personal condolence call back from owner Bill Savino made it an easy decision to make sure we went to see Monarch. We found it to be the most beautiful, modern place for our son to be received. Their understanding, support and care towards our need was both comforting and genuine. Bill Savino and his team is the best. They were extremely accommodating and patient when we lost our grandmother (Phu). He communicated with us throughout the whole process and helped us out in every way that he could. Bill made sure to provide us with the most memorable funeral for our grandmother with our culture. It exceeded our expectations and we were more than happy to have an amazing service with the help from his team. We own & operate a mobile DJ service for all occasions but we specialize in Weddings. As a vendor this is one of our FAVORITE venues, we have done (2) Halloween Parties & (1) wedding thus far. This is either one of or the most BEAUTIFUL, CLEANEST, MODERN venue in all of Broward County. The entire staff, starting with the owners Bill & his wife Delight are amazing, genuine, warm people & SUCH a pleasure to work for. My life partner, Willy, passed away suddenly at the age of 57 years old. The sadness and shock of Willy's passing felt unbearable. How do you even think about planning his last farewell? Im so thankful for Bill, Karen and Patrick, at Monarch Funeral Home. They were extremely helpful, sympathetic and caring, in every way, from beginning to end. The place itself, was beautiful. My father unexpectedly passed away, as we were heartbroken and lost during our time of grievance, Monarch family was God sent, to us. The staff at Monarch Funeral Home & Cremation services were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish.

At the most difficult time I have ever had, Bill & his staff at monarch really made me feel better. The inside of the building is downright gorgeous. It is so light modern and fresh, unlike a lot of other funeral homes I have been too in the past. You can really make the service of your loved one as customized as you could imagine. Big LED screens everywhere for slideshows and photos, LED lights throughout every room. Beautiful decor. Other than just the building that blew my mind, so did Bill and his staff. Honestly they are so kind and good hearted, genuine people and really just want too help
