I recently bought a house and within 2 weeks the AC went out. Peitz got someone to my house the same day, Troy was a great tech. He took the time to show and explain to me everything that he saw that was wrong with my AC (from 1991). He was able to get it repaired at the time but was basically a bandaid. He called Kyle the sales rep to come over and discuss a new unit, Kyle came right away and stayed while Troy worked on the repairs. I had decided to wait and hopefully get through the summer before replacing since I just bought the house. But 2 weeks later while on vacation it went out again! Peitz

They were very quick in getting to my son's house to fix the air conditioning while I was pet sitting.The temperature had been in the 100 degrees. The serviceman was friendly and quick to find the problem.He kept me informed and left the work area clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend Peitz Service to others for their repair needs.
