I have two children, Jessica age 22 and Ben age 20. I have been in business since 1998, starting out in a garage at my house, with myself as the only employee. I soon moved our location into Louisburg Kansas and quickly realized I was going to need to hire more quality help. In 2002 I hired our manager Jason Kueser of Louisburg and began to build our reputation as delivering more than we promised without sacrificing quality.

This is an excellent repair shop. I have used them to fix my Nissan Qashqai 3 times now and they always do high quality work. They text you to coordinate appointment times and dropoff/pickups and detail the whole exterior and interior of my vehicle every time they do work on it. I highly recommend Mid-West Meidl Collision, they are trustworthy and efficient!

Superior service during pandemic times.
After a small fender bender on my new car, I called Mid-West on a Friday morning and in the afternoon, I had the damage estimate and a date for repairs. Kenny, who assessed the damage, was like a skilled physician with an excellent bedside manner; he was reassuring and cheered the client. I loved his professionalism.
Thanks, too, to Amber who called on the morning of the third day with the good news that my vehicle was ready for pick up. My car, with 2000km, was new again. And it was washed and cleaned inside and out!

So I bought a new 2020 car. 2 door dings later. I was not happy. These guys turned my car back to its amazing self again. I am beyond happy with their service. They even cleaned the inside! I mean it was pristine... I really can't thank Midwest collision enough. I recommend them for any Honda vehicles.

Had my vehicle in for a claim before Christmas weekend. They said job would take 3-4 days to finish, but there was a small chance it would go through to next week just on how stat holidays worked out. Job was done in the 3 days that they anticipated so their was no worries. It was good communication on another possible outcome. Vehicle looks great, workmanship and paint match are awesome. I am a repeat customer and will continue. Check them out for your project.

I've delt with a few body shops over the years and this is the only shop I've been to that's done great work. Amber the receptionist is friendly, kenny and the guys in the shop do great work. My panels all fit, paint match is great, no new scratches or dents from being in the shop and the car was clean when I picked it up. I would refer to anyone looking to get a quality repair done!

I took my 2015 Honda CRV into get a rear bumper replaced. They needed to change the bumper cover and muffler. They said three day's to repair my vehicle and it was done in the three day time period. I was very impressed with the service that I received from the front desk girls to the people over at Honda it self. I had talked to a fellow at the body shop regarding the work that needed to be done and I got all my questions answered and in a very professional way. I would like to say thank you and for anyone who needs there Honda repaired please bring it to Mid-West Collision. Very professional
