I have never had better services from a company!!! My dryer went out and Mr. Elvin came out almost immediately. He quickly diagnosed the dryer, repaired it and even worked on some minor issues with my fridge, and dishwasher. When there was an issue discovered that may affect the way my dryer worked he took time away from his family, called me and came back on a Saturday!! I can’t thank Mr. Elvin enough. I will be using them for all my repair needs from here on out!!

Update: soon after the review was published, the guy CAME STRAIGHT TO MY HOUSE, without any prior notice, rang the doorbell, woke up my very sick little daughter, and in a passive-aggressive manner and threatening tone declared that he is an excellent professional who does not deserve my negative review.
Initial review: I already knew what was wrong with the washer, and I told the dispatcher about what EXACTLY needs to be fixed, the exact model of the washer, and the detail that should be replaced. I could have fixed it myself if not a surgery that I recently had, and I was incapable of doing

I called to have my refrigerator repaired. The dispatcher worked with my schedule and was very courteous .The next day the tech Jay, arrived on time and was also very courteous and very professional. He made the repair without delay and completed a full diagnostic of my refrigerator. I was very happy with the service and price that I received and will use them for future repairs.
