I dont see how "Dr Adi Akerman" is still in practice. She violated my rights as her patient and went over my medical history and what she was going to do for me with the medical assistant. How do I know this? She left it as a message(notes) in my file for them to tell me. She told them that she evaluated me and seen how I dont need the help I'm looking for. Or THINK I'm in pain because I don't LOOK like I'm in pain!!!

We had Dr. Adi Schroit. She had absolutely no bedside manner. I would not return here. She maybe stepped in for 3 minutes. She gave her opinion and she couldn’t get out of the door fast enough. The receptionist was very sweet and tried her best to make us feel welcome but altogether that was a very uninviting office and visit.

I visited the woodlands location, which is not on google so I cannot review it there , about a month or two ago. I have been debating on if I should leave a review or not. I ended up deciding to do it. I went and saw Dr. Douglas Hansen at the woodlands location. The nurse was nice, but when I got brought back to the room I was asked about doing an x-ray before the doctor saw me. I asked the nurse if I could speak to the doctor first because I was concerned about the price and I wanted to go over the reason I was there to see if it was needed. The nurse left closing my door and the doctor opened

While my ingrown toenail procedure went well and was quick/painless, Im giving them a 3 star rating because of the customer service I received. the receptionist was friendly and very helpful over the phone and in person alike. However the doctor who preformed my procedure was very short and lacked empathy. she seemed to be preoccupied and I felt rushed. of course I was afraid to have the procedure done so I was a bit nervous and asked a few questions, but she did not bring my mind at ease. she was efficient in getting the job done though.

I had an ingrown toenail that affected my capability to walk . Called and they were able to see me the next day vs other clinics that had a month wait . The nurses were very polite and the doctor numbed my toe and performed the procedure in less than 5 minutes! I felt no pain and was immediately relieved from a week of torture from the ingrown toenail!! I highly recommend this establishment and I’m grateful for the experience! Thank you so much !
