I only hope others are never in the situation I was in on Monday morning. It was the day of my father's funeral and my mother was extremely sick with vertigo, (nausea, vomiting, dizziness) She could not get out of bed. We were able to get in touch with her ENT who prescribed some medication. However, try finding a pharmacy that will answer the phone and accommodate our needs immediately, not so easy.
You see it was 8:00 AM and my mother needed to arrive at the funeral home before 10:30 AM. The ENT Doctor assured us if my mother could get the medication in her system it should start to work

These guys go the extra step.
My family has been using Town Pharmacy for a couple of years. We have 5 kids and several different medical conditions that require some pretty expensive medicines. Getting the health insurance company to cover them is a problem. Getting the doctors to call the health insurance company is sometimes just as hard. Eldon and Alan make the calls. I don't know what they do, but they get things approved and paid for. I think they have a photo of each healthcare CEO in a closet with a goat.
Whatever they do, they do it, and they get results. Delivery is never a problem

Can't say enough good things about this terrific local business. As primary family care coordinator for my mom who is elderly with dementia living at home with 24/7 care, I'm totally impressed as a customer for several years now. Alan and Eldon go the extra mile providing excellent personalized service at all times.

Best pharmacy. I originally began to use this pharmacy for its convenient location, however I was more than pleased with the level of customer service that this place provides. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will even let you know well in advance when a prescription is about to run out of refills so you have enough time to get the new prescription (I have run into problems with other pharmacies with this issue). Highly recommend.

Love it. Just moved in the neighborhood and discovered this place. Put my first script with them 5/1 and another last week. They will CALL YOU to tell you its ready....a real live person not an e mail or robot !!! And will ask if you have any questions. Thet also deliver...how many do these any more ??? And while you're there, you can shop at north shore farms...great store too
Still love these guys. Just went to get something for a friend who was having trouble getting it on amazon. I knew Town had it so I bought it for her. They showed me 2 different ones, how it works etc. Great place

This is the best pharmacy ever! The owners go above and beyond in their delivery of needed medications (dropping off filled scripts to my family members throughout the island and five boroughs), their kindness, helpfulness and knowledge. They care about their customers, greet you by name when you come in and are never too busy to take a phone call to help you out. If I could give them twenty stars instead of five, I would.

I also moved my prescriptions from "you know where " -- no more Robo calls saying I am over due, drugs waiting for pickup waiting on line - and pitching quarters in the Gussack Plaza parking lot. Moving ( actually copying the prescriptions) took about ten minutes -- now I have the option of filling my prescriptions at "you know where" or at Town! Prices are the same for my drugs. Town is right next to North Shore Farms and free parking.

This is a true neighborhood pharmacy, staffed by knowledgeable, dedicated professionals. They also carry a great variety of over-the-counter products, many natural products reminiscent of Kiehls in Manhattan, as well as a great selection of durable medical equipment (walkers, commodes, canes, etc). If they don't have what you need, they will order it and get it within a day or two! They really care about their customers and it shows. Support your local small business and check out Town Pharmacy instead of some mega-chain drugstore!

I hadn’t gone to my sons ENT doctor in several years and my son had an ear infection. The medication was a brand new one on the market so our ENT told me he was sending the script to Town Pharmacy in Great Neck, NY as the medication is veryy expensive and would be veryy reasonable at this pharmacy. I told our doctor that I can’t drive anymore and he said “ don’t worry, this great pharmacy will deliver at no cost “. Within 10 minutes, the NICEST person from the pharmacy called to ask if I’d be home in a hour as my sons med will be delivered to Garden City which isn’t close to Great

Moved my prescription to this shop when they opened down the block from me. Alan is super friendly and helpful, he has gone out of his way for me from the start. The store carries a broad spectrum of products. They have brands you wont find in big box drug stores. I'm happy to support local business and will continue to shop at Town Pharmacy as long as i live in this neighborhood.

If I could give Town Pharmacy more than 5 stars I would happily do so. Dr. Alan Khorshidi is warm and welcoming. It is very clear that he appreciates his customers - many of which he has come to know on a friendly first-name basis. He is full of knowledge and is willing to offer help and answer questions. Additionally, the pharmacy carries an incredible variety of over-the-counter products. This pharmacy is a great addition to the local community and I am proud to be loyal to it!

Couldn't ask for more in a pharmacy. The service is professional and personalized. Alan offers a nice selection of well curated holistic products for body and home that are great to pick up on their own or to compliment an RX pick up. It's nice to see a small business thriving ! I been coming to this pharmacy since they are grand opening. This place is professional and clean. The most important thing is giving the customer good care and help when they need it. I met the pharmacist Alan since beginning, He's polite and a great person. He's knowledge when I asked him question in regards to my medication. I been going to Duane Reade pharmacy for years in the neighborhood and their service wasn't good enough for me. At the time, I have no other options but going there. Every since I find out this place and recognizes the quality service they were giving me.

At 38 I have medically been through a lot Alen, is amicable, knowledgeable,and charismatic. I don't want a hassle. His Service as a Pharmacist inspired me to write an article for Wordpress.com about american service that is lacking today in our stores!!! They also deliver. I know they are in the pharmacy business. yet, I feel in an emergency situation if a child needed the right medicine he would go to the field and grow or synthesize the cure him self type of audited, and behavior. The pharmacist knows my name and gave me some service in words that could lead to a corporate hiring job one

New Pharmacy in Lake Success. I was very pleased with the service.
Clean, open, and well organized. The pharmacist was polite, explained everything I needed to know about my medication, and asked about myself to make sure I was taking the right thing.
Lots of nice products that you'd normally find in a pharmacy without the extra bloat you get at a major chain.
My only negative is the parking lot, but that's not the pharmacy's fault. The market next door is busy during the day,and the elderly customers can't drive well, so the parking lot is confusing and sometimes dangerous

Just stopped in for a few quick items I needed to pick up and was blown away by the selection and quality of service.
The inventory is neat, easy to find, and much cheaper than the normal chain stores. The two men running it are kind and welcoming, and were even able to seamlessly transfer over my prescription from my old pharmacy which was way over charging me!
