Sometimes we don't even notice just how far down the spiral we go. But suddenly one bad day leads into another and we can't remember what it was like to feel at peace. The truth is though, life doesn't have to be this hard. You can wake up each day ready to create it the way you want and move through life with ease.
You may have heard that therapy takes forever, that you spend months just getting to know each other before diving into anything real. Right from the first session we cut through the BS and get to the core of how your life got this way, so we can get you feeling better quickly. Once we heal the wounds underneath, I then help you grow and make happiness your default state.

Let me tell you this right now, the therapy process does not have to be difficult, it doesn't haven't to be "work". I knew from a young age I wanted to become a therapist when I began learning about the mind and how healing it can help transform our lives. But even from that young age, I knew I wanted to make deep transformations in people without causing additional pain.
It could be a car accident, a difficult move, surgery you went through, going through a court case, getting fired, ending a relationship, losing a friend, verbal/physical/sexual/spiritual abuse, or the loss of a child, among many others things. You have these outbursts of anger that you can't seem to control, and that's just on the emotional side.
Picture that you found a job, signed an agreement and worked diligently at your role. After a period of working you get a promotion, sign a new agreement with new responsibilities that keep on growing. Your relationship works the exact same way, except you haven't signed that new agreement, but your growth continued to happen!
First you felt out of control with your emotions, so you used food to get back in control. With the right tools in place, you can get back in control in a healthy way and reclaim your life. First, we start to separate the messages that belong to the eating disorder from the messages that belong to the true you.
By now, nearly every business person knows that what goes on "between your ears" has everything to do with the results you produce. What most don't realize is that mindset alone won't get you there. You've got to take a holistic approach - mind, body, and spirit - to achieve long-lasting gains. Therapeutic coaching sees your whole life as an interconnected web, like those old-school rubber band balls.

Would not recommend for couples counseling at all.
Good for the individual but she made our relationship way worse. Straight up told us individually (not while together) that it wouldn't work at all. I've consulted with two other health professionals since and they were both appalled that she'd say that.
Of course our relationship had its problems, that's why we went to see her but we were spending our precious time and money for her to help us bridge that gap. She point blank put a permanent wedge between us that truly breaks my heart that it feels so irreversible.
This would be like going
