DON'T TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. These are all forced or fake. He only been licensed for a year. He harrasses clients to write him a review. He doesn't spend money on on assistant and he get facts wrong ..facts as important as the court date or and he forgets the important facts in the hearings...and fails you miserably. Compare what he says with other lawyers. He doesn't know law.

Attorney Higgins was excellent in appealing an at fault car insurance decision with the division of insurance.
