This facial includes a cleansing, a light exfoliation, neck and shoulder massage and a mask. Includes a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions and a clay mask. This facial will clean out impurities to give your skin a fresher and brighter appearance. This facial includes a cleansing as well as a neck and shoulder massage.

In order to get the best possible results from your treatment, please read and follow these instructions carefully:. We ask that you come in freshly shaved, at least within 24 hours of your appointment, however the closer the shave the better. Avoid sun exposure for 3 weeks prior to your appointment (this includes bed and sunless tanning).
We have two lasers at our office, both of which are Lumenis Lightsheer Diode lasers. The LightSheer Diode Laser System offers high powers and both short and very long pulses to safely and effectively treat all skin types including tanned skin and the broadest range of hair colors, diameters and depths.

Terrible customer service never answer the phone or return phone calls.
I wanted to go back for a redo because she missed the whole part of my upper lip and of course nobody ever returned my call to try to make things right.
It's not worth their so-called cheaper prices.

I've been with this company since the day they opened and they have really gone down hill! Customer service is not what it used to be, prices have gone up exponentially and I am not seeing any reduction in Hair. After 38 treatments my hair should not be growing in. They just now upgraded new machines so my guess is they were using crappy old machines. I've spent thousands of dollars that I have now been wasted. Awful Company! I have now switched over to a new place that I enjoy and doesn't waste my time / money

I have been to many different MedSpas and clinics around the valley. This is hands-down one of the best laser hair removal companies in town! They are beyond professional. I have had ZERO issues with any of the staff. There machines are top of the line, there prices are affordable, and there locations are great too. I highly recommend.

I have been going to smooth for over a year and could not be happier with the staff and results! Rachael is great and extremely personable and down to earth. They typically have some kind of special running for clients, making the service very affordable! I have never had any scheduling issues and have always felt they have been extremely flexible. Would definitely recommend going here!
