HydroTech maintains memberships with major trade organizations in the environmental industry and is certified by the State of Indiana as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and by INDOT as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). In 1986, HydroTech was established with the initial goal of assisting owners of underground storage tanks (UST's) to be in compliance with "new" environmental legislation that was being enacted.
