When I was unsure about purchasing a pair of shoes, the store manager was kind enough to hold them for me, and even offered to ship them to San Francisco for me. After trying them on multiple times and wavering on my decision, I ended up returning to the store and purchasing them in person.

I don't know what happened to this store in the last 2 years, it used to be one of my favourites. I go to Jackson 4 to 6 times a year and have always looked forward to shopping there, I rarely left without a bag full of clothes/jewelry. The staff/owners used to be warm, friendly and helpful. This is sadly no longer the case. Walk in the door now and you get no welcome, no offer to help and a general sense that you're bothering them. To bad - I used to bring friends there, one woman in particular who travels often with me to Jackson and drops some serious coin on clothing. Their loss

Terra is wonderful! They carry the best Trina Turk pieces and Joe's Jeans. I also love their baby and kids clothes at Terra Tots, which are always beautiful and have a great selection. Terra is the best palce in Jackson to find beautiful pieces, especially dresses and shoes. They are the best clothing place in Jackson.
