I am from Lewiston but have lived in California since 1977. I have ordered from Roak's Florist for way over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Roak's flowers are always fresh and last 6-7 days. Their arrangements are creative and colorful and their service is reliable and friendly. Even last minute orders are delivered promptly. I find the best arrangements are when the flower selection is left up to the arranger. Thank you Roak's for your continued great friendly, reliable flowers and service!!

Very disappointed in flowers. I was at work. They delivered the flowers in the morning and they set in the sun on my hot deck until 1:00. I called and they said they would exchange them. All they did was exchange the baby's breath. The flowers look like they have just died and not opened very pretty. They said they tried to call me. They could have left a message and I would have picked them up. I do not recommend Roaks at all. My daughter-in-law had them sent and she said they were not exactly what she picked out.

Received a flower delivery from Roak a couple of weeks ago. Worst florist delivery service I've ever received in the L/A area. The arrangement consisted of several hot pink spray roses, three light pink roses, and some dreadful filler which was probably clipped off some shrub they had next to their building. On delivery, the sprays were losing pedals on my desk within the hour.. by the next day the sprays were withered and rotted. Two of the pink roses died within 3 days. Arrangement was delivered in a pleasing green vase which was filled with a mysterious substance which I assumed help keep the
