We needed a piece of carpeting patched. I contacted Winchester flooring and they sent two gentlemen out the next day to our home. They were very professional, super friendly, and on time, even called when they were on their way. Thankfully, they were able to patch our carpet and I am pleased with their service and pricing! 10/10 would contact them again in the future for any flooring needs.

Larry was great to work with, the selection at his store is far superior to either of the big box stores. His installation crew showed up on time unlike another company from Lowes. I chose the marble glue down laminate tile it looks beautiful. Great professional service from Winchester Flooring !!😊

After 3 yrs you should not be complaining at all.
No flooring is going to last forever.
There is also the fact there are moisture changes EVERYDAY.
Considering East Tn has had some ups and downs with the weather I would bet it's moisture!
Check your pipes under the floors as well. Get a moisture tester. Even if the floor rarely used it isn't just going to sit still. Check online for recalls on your product as well. No flooring company will have the 411 on 4 yr old flooring, take some responsibility for yourself and check your product.
