I came to Tom with a very stressful misdemeanor charge. He agreed to represent me when many other law firms in Bozeman were "too busy." He didn't charge me an arm and a leg for my case compared to other firms and continued to push even when it did not seem that the prosecutor would budge. Very personal and professional to work with. I couldn’t have chosen a better attorney for my case. I was facing a serious criminal charge along with my divorce and Tom knew exactly what needed to be done to handle the matter. Seems to be interested in big-buck sure-thing cases. Called & left message late April. Was told to call back after May 15. Left phone message on the 15th. Called again on the 19th. He'd "been busy." No apology for the delay. Presented my case over the phone. He began arguing for the other side. Dismissed me without even trying to help me. Not a woman's lawyer. I give him no stars, but had to click one to get this review to post.
