New parts are covered by their manufacturer warranties. Normal wear and tear, virus infections are excluded. If new problems arise, directly related to the previous repair, repairs will be free of service charge, but travel fees may apply.

My fascination with computers started in the late 90's. Consumer PC's were barely being introduced and at that time, ran Windows 98 SE. Using a computer, back then, was a very troublesome affair. You had to do a lot more research to figure things out, compared to the latest version of Windows, Windows 7.

Diagnostic fee is waived with repair, otherwise standard rate is $50 for common diagnostic and $70 for advanced diagnostic which may require disassembly of device and further troubleshooting to find the root of the problem. In some rare cases, it is not cost effective to continue with repairs. Travel fee may be applicable depending on location.
