Back pain and sciatica are often related. Sciatica causes back pain, numbness and weakness that radiates along the sciatic nerve. The sciatic nerve is a big nerve that travels the full length of the body, following the lumbar region of the back and down the leg all the way to the feet. Pain begins in the lower back and typically travels to the buttocks and leg.
Your hips and knees are the largest joints in your body, connecting a large number of muscles, bones and ligaments. That means that much of the daily abuse that your body takes can ultimately impact your hips and knees. And when these crucial joints begin to show strain, it can become difficult to move much at all - at least without pain.
If you have shoulder pain, it can be the result of many causes. Possible causes of shoulder pain are injury to the rotator cuff or soreness coming from the subacromial bursa. This is a sac of fluid under the high part of the shoulder. Other causes of shoulder pain include bony abnormalities, injuries, osteoarthritis and thickening of the ligaments in the shoulder area.

Being new to the Memphis area, I asked my new doctor for a recommendation for an Orthopedic Surgeon for a consult on what I was told by a Houston area Ortho was a partial tear of my rotator cuff and labrum. She recommended seeing Dr. Brendan Bradley with Arlington Physical Therapy as an alternative, and I’m glad she did!
After providing Dr. Bradley with a copy of my MRI report, he started a therapy regimen designed to help me improve my range-of-motion and decrease the daily pain I was suffering. Included in this regimen was dry needling, a treatment that combines the benefits of acupuncture

Outstanding service would be an understatement. I've never encountered professionals who actually care about their clients relentlessly and treat everybody with dignity and plain fun. They know what they're doing and do it well. This may be the best PT clinic in the US.

I've never had to do PT before and started going due to diagnosed bicep tendonitis that I had been dealing with for 12 weeks and not getting relief from rest and anti inflammatories. After a few sessions with my therapist Matt, I could feel the improvement!! And with each session I feel the difference. I am almost back to normal weight training and daily activities. It works!

Matt and all the staff were perfessional and courteous. Matt helped me get my sciatic nerve to stop hurting. It's such a relief to walk without pain. I highly recommend Arlington Physical Therapy.

Back in August of 2020, I had a total knee replacement. I started PT the second day after surgery. Matt and his staff took excellent care of me, encouraging me along the way to do the recommended tasks at home. I did what they recommended. They kept up with my progress at each visit and as time went by they gradually added harder tasks to do. I started out on a walker, graduated to a cane and then to cane free. Great group of folks. I highly recommend them.

I started therapy using a cane to walk because I was unstable. Gained a great deal of strength and confidence from exercises prescribed by Brendan. No longer using a cane and much more confident when walking in public.
My joint pain has also improved.

I started Arlington Physical Therapy the end of January of this year. I had broken my elbow and had surgery to have a titanium replacement installed. I had never been to physical therapy before so had no idea what to expect. If it wasn’t for this special place and Conner, I could have never accomplished the total use of my arm again. Everybody that works there are so nice and helpful. I am so very fortunate to have found this wonderful place. You are a person and not a number!

Great experience. Chose Arlington Physical therapy due to closer to home and had experience in the past with broken bone. So when I had total knee replacement it was the only place I wanted to go. The staff is friendly and helpful. Any concerns I had the staff worked through them with me. Conner was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place.
