I found Clean Image online after trying to book with another company unsuccessfully. I was very pleased Clean Image would be able to come out on a Sunday, as this detailing was for my 72-year old dad's birthday. I agreed to and prepaid a $119.99 package to clean my car. When they arrived I was told that pet hair on leather seats and on the carpet on one side of a Mazda Miata (read: tiny tiny car) would be extra. No mention of how much (after pressuring for a price it was $50-$75 more and it was "at their discretion"), and no mention of it on their website. Whoever I talked to at their home office argued with me and the guy outside argued even harder. I got the super interior details so worth the $199 honestly I was a little sketchy about mobile washing I like going in person to make sure my car is okay but since the pandemic made it scarce to find car detailing shops open I decided to do my research after two hours no kidding of research I came across clean image 101 I read so many amazing reviews about it decided to give it a try with the package I got I also got a free exterior wash which is awesome the guys came on time and they literally killed the corona virus out of that car sanitized the living hell out of it took care of my Mercedes

Having a baby in August and wanted to get a head start on prepping so I found this business online and gave them a call, had many appointments already taken so they gave me a number that was able to text as well. Following the next day I went ahead and booked online to make easier for the business and myself to get in with them. We had a family emergency happen this week where my grandma got very sick in her car and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Her car had to be towed to a tow yard in Northridge, but obviously our priority was getting her home first, and then getting her car. We knew her car was in bad shape after speaking to the nurses at the hospital, and so we wanted to be prepared and call around and book a mobile wash and detail to have on standby once we got the car home. Had the pleasure of getting my car washed by Clean Image this morning. I honestly wasn't expecting much because I am never quite satisfied with full on car washes, so I tried the mobile service on a whim. Wow, they surpassed what any car wash will do. They did such a GREAT JOB. My car has dents and dings and it was so shiny you don't even notice them anymore. The interior looks great, almost like new. I am so happy I went for it. Over the weekend I spilled a shake all over the left, back seat of my black cloth interior. So dumb. Anyhow, I found myself with some time on Monday and decided to call and see if I could get in a same day appointment. Spoke to Dimitri and he made room for me in the schedule, even though it sounded like he had to move a few things around. He was here within a couple of hours, shampooed the spot where the spill had been and left my back seat like new! Best part was the spot treatment was only thirty bucks!!! I was thinking it would be more and was so glad to get this stain removed quickly, effectively

Damaged my car. STAY AWAY!!
I got the "full complete detailing" for the interior and exterior. While the outside and inside were cleaned well overall (minus missing a few parts), they damaged the start button that powers my engine..perhaps due to aggressive chemicals, tools, etc. Before, it was in pristine condition. After, the metal was peeling on the "N" letter cutout so that the metal actually jabbed my finger and broke off (pictures attached).
I was extremely disappointed that this happened. I try to take very good care of my car and have not had any interior damage whatsoever

On May 8th, 2018 at approximately 2:00pm the driver of this van, license plate 36879X1, decided to try and box me out of what would have been a safe lane change while exiting the 5 South at Bake Parkway.
Since he aggressively sped up so as not to allow my signaled lane change, when I did get over he was within inches of my rear bumper.
