We represent criminal and civil appellate clients in both the state and federal appellate courts. Our goal in every appeal is to ensure our client's interests were properly represented in the trial court and that the court ruled appropriately. To accomplish this goal, we make a comprehensive examination of all issues before the trial court and then apply our proven legal research expertise to correctly determine all appellate issues.
We can assist in choosing the proper business form when establishing a new business. We can guide you through the merits and pitfalls of each type of business organization - corporations, C or sub S, limited liability companies, and various types of partnerships. We can assist with Buy-Sell Agreements between owners, mergers, acquisitions, and employee disputes.
We have represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of commercial cases for over thirty years. Our goal in every criminal case in municipal, state, or federal court is to secure our client's liberty and resolve the case to the client's satisfaction. This ensures the client's rights are preserved and often allows us to control how the case proceeds, particularly as it relates to bail and pretrial release.
To assist clients in planning their estates, we gather information to carefully and thoroughly analyze each client's needs and desires. Armed with that information, we craft a comprehensive estate plan that may include a revocable living trust or will. When a will is used, it may include family and/or children's trusts.

Administrative staff was very unprofessional. I requested minor, non-private information about the company and the representative who had previously left me a voicemail (e.g. company name, how to spell it and name of person who I was speaking with). This was all relevant information. She was curt, would not share her name, and hung up on me. If this is how the point of contact for this company responds to simple inquiries, this is not a company I would choose to support. I would give zero stars, if that were an option.

I worked with Kevin Bons on the matter of a restraining order filed because my sister-in-law said I made her feel “unsafe” by blocking each phone number and new Facebook profile she created under a pseudonym in order to defame me. She is nothing but a textbook narcissist with nothing better to do but meddle in affairs that are not her own. Most of the family ignore her antics but I made the unfortunate mistake of “letting her in” in the midst of a dispute involving visitation with my minor child from out-of-state in late 2018.
