I had a slow leak on one of my tires. I got expertise on what needed to be replaced. Because my tires were newer, I only needed to replace one of my tires, saving me a lot of money. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. This is quite a busy place. I highly recommend making an appointment, as they had to turn customers away due to their heavy work load.

Waited an hour for a tire and wheel change then they told me they didn’t have the parts. They said they would call me to reschedule the next day and called at 4:30 which was too late to make an appointment for that day. We scheduled it for the day after that. I was appreciative of the service and speed of the repair the day of but before it was awful. I asked for a small discount for my troubles and got a whole $11 off my $200 repair.

We just bought some custom rims and tires for a Polaris Slingshot. They were very helpful with helping us figure out what size and brand that we needed. Terrible service, they snapped a stud from a new tire they changed and then denied it!
I would never recommend anyone to use their services.
Also I actually tried to get a used tire and they told me come back in a few hours they would have me covered, come to find out they were going to give me a racing slick for the winter, so I had to purchase a new tire.
I expect you to sell me a racing slick for the winter.
And the stud your people snapped was a few weeks old plenty of time to rust with the rain we've had.
I would never recommend anyone to use their services.

Be warned. They don't thoroughly test to make sure your tire no longer has a leak in it. Bought a used tire from them for over 60 bucks. Had to go back a second time, because there was also a leaky valve stem. When I called before going back the second time, I asked about the cost, he said "don't worry about that". However I was charged another 20 bucks. If they can't bother to spend a minute dunking or spraying the tire to check for leaks, or keep their word, I'm not coming back again.

I have bought a couple sets of tires for my wifes car since they have the best tires for her car that work really well in the snow. We had the have a tire replaced since the car ran over something and the tire could not be fixed. The one thing I wish is that they had some road hazard coverage so I wouldn't have had to buy a whole new tire. We have had issues with one of the tires loosing air after a long period of time and they have checked it out but it keeps doing it.

Great place for new and used tires. Small, local, longtime business that treats customers well and repeat customers even better. We've purchased several sets of new Nokian tires from Midwest, and what I appreciate most is that they're extremely honest and don't try to upsell. Good prices, fair and square.
