The Pearl Of The Sea saved my life!
If it wasn’t for the Pearl, I would not be where I am today with sobriety. After reaching an all time low, through nearly 20 years of drug and alcohol addiction, I knew I needed help. The staff at the Pearl made me feel safe and comfortable from the very first phone call to the pick up/intake process. Every single staff member went above and beyond during my 30 day residential stay. The CEO, therapists, case managers, BHTs, nurses and chefs were top of the line. The programming and structure was beyond amazing and extremely beneficial.

Updated: My goodness these people are such frauds. They have recently updated their new website that is filled with reviews that have nothing to do with this new director or team.
The new director talks down to his employees, expects extra work for zero compensation, communicates compensation and then doesn't follow through once work is completed, arrogant, increased rates for clients (be mindful to inquire about your medication cost because the price you are quoted will not include it), and disrespectful to employees.
If you ever decide to work for this company and consider leaving, don't provide

My experience art the Pearl was very helpful in my recovery. The staff was experienced and very very kind. The food was healthy and delicious. This was an experience that has changed my life for the better. They really are top level of care in the area of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. I would recommend the facility to anyone that is serious about getting healthy and sober. If you go say hi to Al, Clarence, Dani and best of all Sandra.

This place saved my life. I had no feelings of self worth, no self esteem, and my body was showing signs of damage from long term drinking. My family was tired of me having several unsuccessful attempts at remaining sober and some wanted nothing to do with me.
While I was at the Pearl I started to gain all these things back that my addiction had taken away from me. I gained this through the counseling, the groups, the one on one talks with staff which are all amazing.
While I was in there care I experienced something traumatic to me. It was the sudden death of my husband of 32 yrs. I was devastated

This place is like no other when it comes to treatment!! The staff there will do what ever it takes to make sure you get the right treatment fit for you. When its time for you too move on they also help you find housing, meetings, etc; to ensure you have a great start with your sobriety journey. One of my favorite things about The Pearl is their Alumni page on facebook!! We have access to zoom meetings on mondays to check in with everyone and share our stories with all the new clients. I was truly blessed to have been a part of their program.

I showed up to this facility beaten and broken by the choices I had made in life. I told the nursing staff as soon as I got there that I needed help and I could not do this on my own. The first 2 weeks I spent getting all the stuff out of my body in a professional, medical setting. I could not have asked for better care and support. By the time the 3rd week rolled around, I was back to my old self. I haven't seen that person in 22 years. The staff there is amazing. They make the whole stay worth the trip to better yourself. From the nurses, the counselors, the clinical staff, and the BHTs, they

I found this place while googling “rehabs that allow dogs.” They not only allowed me to bring my dog but assured me that she would be just as comfortable as me during our stay. They kept their word. 3x she needed an emergency vet and they dropped everything to get us to the vet’s office.
The majority of the staff here are in recovery themselves. The staff makes this place. They genuinely give a damn about you & your recovery. Just like any place, there are definitely wrinkles to be ironed out but overall it’s a great program & facility. Weekly beach trips, weekly outings, daily yoga, fishing
