The office of Professional Vision Services LLC was established in 1926 in Defiance, Ohio. Dr. Jeffrey C Fogt OD, along with his staff of friendly, knowledgeable professionals, will help you with all of your eye care needs. We offer reliable eye care for your entire family and have a full service eye wear center.
In addition to a full eyewear center, Professional Vision Services LLC also offers eye care. Whether pediatrics, geriatrics, or sports vision, we can treat all members of your family. We treat all eye diseases and also provide surgical co-management. Is your child having trouble reading the whiteboard?
Professional Vision Services LLC carries hundreds of frames to fit any face or lens. We serve patients and customers of all ages, including children; if your child needs glasses, we have them covered with warrantied durable and stylish options. On all glasses we offer fittings, adjustments, and repairs.
