Our office is located in Louisiana with a team of highly regarded architects, builders, and craftspeople. For over a decade, this collaborative and holistic approach has helped us deliver high-quality projects. Architects and Builders is proud to be one of the few practices that offer architecture and construction services under one roof, fusing these two critically inter-related disciplines.
We design better buildings because we build buildings. While designing a building, our team has the knowledge to understand the complexity of what is displayed on paper to what is built in the field. When we design and detail a building, we can determine the realistic cost from the conception of the idea, in lieu of surprising our client when the drawings are complete, and the project has been sent out for bid.
The start of construction begins with plans developed by Architects. These plans are used throughout the entire construction phase of a project. Not all construction documents have the same amount of details that are needed for construction crews to recognize delays or cost increases. Our team is familiar with the design process and understands the Architect's intent which helps us communicate future issues that projects may have.
