For my small backyard they made sure I get the right size! It was perfect for my 2 year old celebrant! He had a blast and so did all the cousins!! What is good about them is that they will try to work With any type of backyard you may have and it was also sort of short notice. Pretty cool, I will use their services again!

They saved the day. I rented a bounce house from someone else, only to realize they gave me a moldy bounce house. I called around last minute & Solano Jumps & events rentals came through AND made it before my kids birthday party started. Set up & take down was super quick and it was nice & clean. Will definitely use them again when we need a bounce house.

Do not walk but run from this place of business they were late dropping off bounce house party was already getting started employees had an attitude if you really don't like us being late we will just leave had to call to ask when they would pick up the bounce house took weeks to pick up the bounce house and chairs and when they did. show to pick up. It was at 830 at night ? If that's not bad enough. then there truck breakdown in driveway I'm sure they'll still be hanging out here at 10 o'clock at night trying to get their truck fixed

Can't handle more than one customer at a time. Ruined my niece's birthday party. Disappointed 65 people....very unprofessional.

The absolute best experience! First time ordering a bounce house for a party and couldnt have chosen a better company for that. Ordering and scheduling was breezy and they set it up in no time! To say it was a hit is an understatement. The kids went nuts in what i could only describe as a lord of the flies shot for shot remak in there. Real thunderdome going on. It was great! Will definitly be ordering from them again in the future.

I rented a bounce has for Saturday on graduation day. A few other companies gave me a 4 hour window for delivery. Yah. NO! That didn't work for me! Great customer service. Great prices. It's always better to have your supplies delivered earlier than later. Thank you

We decided we can never have a family get together without a jumpy house, ever again! The kids absolutely loved it and were busy playing in it from the time they arrived till the time we had to force them out. Parents were actually able to enjoy some down time and just hang out with other adults while the kids were having a blast!

This company did a beautiful job with communication and delivery/ pick up. The kids didn't want to get out of the jumpy house when the time for pick up came and the company was so flexible with us and allowed us to keep it for a little longer.

I have rented from this company a few times. The jump houses are always very clean and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and professional. A great experience all around.

We recently rented a snow cone machine and a small dunk tank for our company picnic. They called us the before hand to confirm our order as well as what type of favors we would like. We had it at the park and they showed up on time and were well prepared. They even called and asked if I was ready when it was time for the items to be picked up. They were professional and well organized and we will be using them again!

Rented the 3-1 water slide for my daughters birthday along with the snow cone machine ! Such a hit ! Everyone loved it and many of my guests asked for the number to Solano jumps. I was happy to share. Great service , very clean and quality equipment!

This is the second time I used Solano Jumps for my sons birthday. Last year we got the giant obstacle course and this year we rented the toddler jumper. Both experiences we great. The delivery guys we timely and professional. I also appreciated the confirmation call I received a few days prior to the party. It gave me a sense of ease that my order went through and that it wasn't a hoax. I will definitely be using this company for future parties.

We celebrated my grand daughter's 1st birthday and rented the pink castle. The process from start to finish was extremely easy and stress free. The jump house was delivered early which was a bonus. The staff was friendly and professional. The Princess Castle was beautiful, clean, and patch free. When I say "patch free", trust me I've seen them with other companies.

I utilized Solano Jumps for chair rentals for my wedding a week ago. The process was simple, they gave me a great rate & kept their word. I was promised a call the evening prior to confirm my order and location and also received contact from the actual driver the day of. He even went as far as not only being early but also texting me a picture of how my chairs were set up for my ceremony as well as confirming what would be the PERFECT time to pick up which I absolutely appreciated. If I am back in this area and need any of their services, I would definitely utilize them again!

Solano Jumps was overall thee absolute best. I booked well in advance-about 2.5 months. Easy booking system online if you are not able to be on the phone with someone.

On the day of the event Joe ( Joseph S.) showed up to set up the bouncer for my baby shower on this past Saturday (9/27/14) and asked one question of "where is the power/outlet" and from there I wasn't needed. The kids loved the bouncer so much we barely saw them which was great. The customer service from Joe was great and would hire them again.
