After calling at 10a and not getting an answer until 1015a from the owner's admin...I was completely floored that she wanted a 200.00 deposit and also told me I had to leave my taxes there for her and that I was not guaranteed a filing for Monday unless I leave another 50.00. Whoever wrote these reviews previously must have been told to leave a review for a discount. Totally disappointed...glad I dodged the bullet and the reviews here are misleading.

Outstanding Service without a doubt! From the receptionist to working with Kathy Alfaro herself on both Federal and an out of State return, top-notch and personal care that made my Mom feel very comfortable. Kathy jokingly apologized for being OCD on the small things, but that is EXACTLY the kind of traits you want when you hire a tax professional.
