EXCEL MSO provides comprehensive health care management services with a personalized approach to meet each client's needs.

Dr Kao was by far the rudest Doctor I have ever seen. My wife had a shoulder issue and she would not listen to our questions and kept interrupting us when we tried to talk to her. I can see why she is rated a 2-3.
I wanted to ask her one question about my shoulder to see if she felt I need to make a appointment and she wouldn’t listen to my question and said” go to the front counter to make an appointment “.Well that didn’t happen. She also kicked my granddaughter and I out of the room.
I then went to the front lobby and asked the supervisor, Vivina Silva’s to get my wife before the

New to the area and was referred to a primary doctor that was associated with PMG of San Jose . I was actually very satisfied with the service. I've dealt with other medical groups and PMG is one of the better ones. They approved my referral to a specialist very quickly and Janet from member service was very helpful and friendly.
