Dr. Beckman took excellent care of my autistic son and knew not only how to care for his physical needs but how to approach him without triggering bad behavior. He cared for the whole patient. Also, his staff reflected the high standards of the office. My son received the care he needed, and I have peace of mind. What a blessing!

Most beautiful young doctor I met in a long time!!!
Not sure about how good she is but she determined my issue promptly. We'll see if the recommendations and treatment she gave me work over time :)

In 25 years I have never had a Dr. willing to do anything with my left leg. After the first Dr. screwed up my leg and ankle all those years ago any time I would go see a Dr. about pain they would just give me medication usually asking “what do I think I need?”. After soo many of years I gave up on ever doing anything about my leg. I originally went to Dr. Breckman about a toenail, he greeted me and asked what was the problem and then he paused, he said the words I thought I would never hear “when you are ready to talk about your ankle let me know.”. Within a week I have surgery planned

Dr. Bechman very professional. Loved his attitude. I guess since him being so into sports understands so much about sport injuries and how that affects us. He gave us so much hope about running again and focused on non surgical methods like core work and stretching. Fantastic Dr which I recommend to anyone with sport or non sport foot injuries.

My work involves wearing steel toed shoes, and a birth defect with two of my toes was causing excessive pain and toe trauma. I have had the best experience with Dr Beckham and his team. I had toe surgery and the process with him and inov8 surgical center was seamless and amazingly well organized. Very impressed. I also need to call out Nurse Leena, who was amazingly supportive when I started to have pre-op anxiety.

Do your research. This is after 2 surgeries performed by Dr Beckman for a lis franc tear. The final picture is how another surgeon fixed Beckman’s self proclaimed “perfect surgery”. His office said they would “write a script for physical therapy” after seeing the 2nd post op photo. This guy ruined my life. You could be next.

Stay away!! Not only is he a bad surgeon and a bad Dr; he's also an ego maniac and a-hole. Performed 2 terrible surgeries on me. Do yourself a favor and go to a real orthopedic that knows what they are doing. This guy is a criminal.

I was so hesistant to go to yet another Podiatrist, but was grateful that I did. Dr. Halaharvi introduced herself, had time for some small talk, listened to me, and when my emotions of living with extreme pain for the past 6-8 months got the better of me, she told me that I was in a safe space. My best experience to date! Now comes the best part, she actually had a diagnosis for me that wasn't lazy clinical diagnosis. She was clear that there were several problems with my feet and ankles, then proceeded to explain to me that we would attack them one by one. I am happy to report that it has been

Dr. Beckmann, as always, is punctual, patient and attentive to the concerns of his patients. You feel as though you are sharing with a friend who cares, not a clinician who just wants to get on to the next appointment.
He repaired a terrible tear of the tendons and ligaments of my ankle in 2018 and it has been as good as new ever since. God bless and keep you Dr. Beckmann.

My experience with doctor Beckman was everything a doctor visit and surgery should be, There was no waiting for my consultation or my surgery. Him and his staff finished on time!! Within a day I was able to move about on my own. On the third day I stopped my pain medication and was still swollen up pretty good but no real discomfort
To my husbands amazement I was able to move about and for longer than I was told I should without pain, for me this was a big deal..
This doctor is everything a professional should be.
His staff and the service they provided was spectacular! I am wearing my tennis

Bad surgeon. When I met him for the procedure he was late and looked like he was asleep. He didn't even remember what he was doing to my foot and I had to remind him. I should have stopped him right then. Fused my big toe three years ago. Now I have a large lump on the ball of my foot and the fusion is coming apart and will require revision surgery. Every step is uncomfortable and can't wear regular shoes. When you complain to him, he talks condescendingly to you and says give it time and brags about what a good surgeon he is. Steer clear of this doctor.

I am so happy I found Dr. Beckman! He's a kind doctor that values you as a patient and your well being. His staff is amazing too, which can be hard to come by! I found him off of ZocDoc, which can be risky at times, but I have continuously been impressed! I always arrive early as that's who I am, and they always bring me back early too! Minimal wait time is such a bonus for me. I highly recommend him and his practice!

Beware of this doctor. After two surgeries which I found out were unnecessary, I am crippled for life, have pain every day. The bone was cut too short and there is no remedy. I suffered for a year and want to warn people about this doctor. Also, he does not like old people! I have pain and swelling every day. This man should be banned from practice.

I had the misfortune of seeing Dr. Beckman due to a lingering injury from a car accident earlier this year. However, Dr. Beckman was completely thorough, and was able to provide treatment for my ankle that same visit. Some doctor's half-listen and rush you through your explanation of the injury and don't allow many questions once you have been given your diagnosis/treatment options. However, Dr. Beckman spent a lot of time going through the full extent of my injury, treatment and expectations for healing in the future.

As my injury is ongoing, I will continue to go to him for treatment

I called in and was able to get a same day appointment. That was a relief because I had called another place right before and the lady had me on hold for 5 minutes, then told me the next available appointment was in 2 days! I was in pain so I needed to see a doctor ASAP. I had a great experience here. I was in and out of there in no time. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Beckman is a great doctor! He was funny and made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly I left with my issue solved and I will be going back for any future concerns with my feet. As always Yelp reviews never let me down

I went in about a year ago for an aggravating ankle injury that another podiatrist failed to help with. Dr. Beckman proceeds to first tell me that it would be useless to do an MRI because then all we would do is know what the problem is. Huh? So he proceeds to highly recommend expensive orthotic insoles, which of course I'm sold on because he says there's no way I should run (I run ~20mi/wk) without them. After receiving them, I ran in them and on about the third run, my opposite heel from my ankle injury started hurting me. Well, here it is over a year later and my heel is still

I found Dr. Beckman here on Yelp and noticed he had some high ratings, so I figured I'd try him out. What I didn't pay attention to was that his positive ratings/reviews are SUPER old. I went to the Katy Frwy location and will never go back to see him again.

I went because I noticed my foot was starting to form dry calluses, I thought it was probably be because of my increased running activity so I wanted to get advice on how to stop it and prevent future occurrences.

I arrived at 11am appointment, the reception greeted me and after about 10 minutes sent back to the patient room.

I came to Dr. Beckman with pain in my foot. He found some swelling, but no apparent reason for the pain. So he prescribed an anti-inflammatory cream. When he said "I'll have them mail it to you" I should have realized something was wrong. There are many pharmacies in Houston, and I didn't have any exotic problem. Why mail it to me?

Something was wrong, all right. The cream cost $500. Most of that would be billed to my insurance; someone called for my credit card number for the $40 co-pay.

A good anti-inflammatory creme costs about $20, and can be bought easily at

First time visit, filled out paperwork in 3 to 5 minutes, sat down for 5 minutes, got called in. Waited to get xrays onsite another 3 minutes probably, xrays took probably another 4-5 minutes, sat down again and waited for doctor.....4-5 minutes? Came in and had already reviewed the xrays and knew my foot was broken. Shockingly quick, easy to talk to, I will follow up with more reviews during the healing process. This was at the 1140 business center drive location.

Dr Beckman is simply awesome.

- Dr. Beckman is a marathoner and triathlete, so he knew exactly what I was going through with my foot pain from marathon training. In fact, his numerous finisher medals hang in the waiting area!
- He spent 45 minutes with me going over the anatomy of the foot, my x-rays, different treatments, and ways to modify my training. He even watched me walk up and down the hallway.
- His treatment was very conservative, which I appreciated. With only four weeks to race day, he gave several ways to treat/live with my bone spurs so I could make it to and through race day.

Dr. Beckman (and Dr. Biel) are awesome! I am a doctor nearby, and their office runs incredibly smoothly. I had to be rescheduled 1 day after my appointment (due to medical illness of the doctor) but they called me promptly and got my right in. You might have thought this would have caused a long wait at the new appointment, but I had barely sat down in the waiting room when I was called. Dr. Beckman was extremely personable and helpful, giving me a diagnosis and treatment. He is a talented athlete himself, and was particularly understanding of my desire to get back to running ASAP!
