Chris graduated from Canton-Galva High School and then obtained his degree in Collision Refinishing Technology and Management in 2007 at WyoTech in Wyoming. In 2014, Chris and Kena purchased their first building in Canton, KS and he began working as the sole employee.

Had a fender bender on my brand-new 2016 Honda Pilot in Florida just before leaving on a trip to Kansas & decided to have it repaired at Dacus Auto Body while in Kansas. I am so glad I did! I really wanted the car to look good as it had only 250 miles on it before the accident. The repair job came out fabulous and there is no indication anything had ever happened to the car.
Estimate pricing can vary a lot. Price differences can be due to the quality of parts, differences in labor times and differences in repair procedures being quoted. If you have received more than one estimate, we would be happy to review them and explain what you are getting with each estimate. Lower priced estimates might have left out necessary repairs, parts or quality.

I had my car in the shop to fix hail damage from several months ago. There were issues with the insurance company being unresponsive and causing delays. Dacus kept on top of the situation with frequent attempts to contact insurance and to keep me informed. They advocated on my behalf and we are pleased the issue was resolved and the car was repaired and looks great!

I took my car here to get an insurance quote on a new front bumper. I had to set an appointment for later in the week which was fine. I took my car in and the guy walked around and took pictures. He asked me if insurance or if I was planning out of pocket. I said I'd like to pay before involving insurance. He then said he was sure the damage was at least 2500$ or more. He said he text me a copy of the quote but 24hrs later and still nothing. I took it somewhere else immediately after i didn't need an appointment took only 10 mins and was quoted for 1k. I used to be able to walk in there and get a quick estimate. Now when I stop in, there's a gal at the door, was very nice and apologetic the reason for the two stars, tells me I have to schedule an appointment for even a minor repair. I declined the app being sent to my phone (why the heck would I want to do all the work for you). She apologized and said I could call and schedule the appointment anytime I change my mind. After some thought I decided what the hey. I called and the gal on the other end of the phone was less than friendly. She was rude and short with me. Needless to say, I will walk

I have a Porsche 911 that got backed into and I trusted Dacus with the repair. They did a stellar job! The paint matched perfectly and the attention to detail was spectacular. When something like this happens it is always a bummer but it is good to know someone like Dacus will fix it like it never happened! The people were also great. They were super helpful and easy to work with.

Dacus worked amazingly well with my insurance company so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. They had great communication through email, which is the easiest way to me to communicate because of my job. The staff was always very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!
