I love watching carpet and rug cleaning videos. I found these guys and thought how I wished they were local. I decided to look them up and they WERE local! I called the next day. I love that this is a small family business. From the very first call Advanced Cleaning Systems were prompt and professional. I described my house and carpet. I was given a quote and we set up a time. I immediately received a confirmation. I received another email detailing what I needed to move, securing items, etc. On the day of the cleaning I received a text letting me know they were in route. Communication is top notch

I had an area rug that hadn't been cleaned in 15 years. Also white dinning room chairs that had never been cleaned in 10 years. They were both pretty dingy and dull. Not any more! I am so pleased with the result! I would highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Systems.

Thank you Advanced Cleaning Systems. I just moved to Rome from Oregon and had just several days ago moved into a leased duplex. Unfortunately i had to sleep on makeshift bedding as my new bed hadn't arrived. There was obviously a lot of cigarette smoke in the carpet and probably a lot of insecticide too because i became very sick the next day sleeping virtually right on it.
