This place is not professionally accredited. They are not CPAs or enrolled agents with the IRS. They are just another fly-by-night tax preparer in Miami.
For example, their "tax preparers" have no official titles. There is not a single person's name listed on their website for accountability purposes. Nor does their website list any education, training, or other credentials that would put anyone's mind at ease. This is because they are NOT professionally accredited & are doing business by the seat of their pants.
Please use accredited professionals when seeking out tax

The worst customer service i have experienced in a while. I spoke to their representative Moe, Everything seemed fine, he asked me to email my information to him, I was then told he would call me back when he was doing my taxes. It has been more than 3 weeks never heard back from him.
I called several times to his direct number and whenever they would transfer me to his extension i would get voice mail. I spoke to the receptionist, I also spoke to whom i was told was the owner. everyone there wasted my time. No excuse was given. I would highly recommend just going to anyone else or filing yourself

Horrible experience our appointment was at 9:40am waited 3 hours customers have been complaining in next cubicle and accountant accused client of of being disrespectful when client was just complaining about wait. If someone has an appointment they should be seen at their appointment there were a lot of walk-in's and people were just showing up and being taken back. Accountants here take people back that I guess call them personally aNd they just walk-in and are seen before people that call ahead of time and make appointments like normal people do. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE!Horrible experience, I made the taxes in this place and they charged me $ 390 dollars for a refund of $ 500 and since it is direct deposit they only take it out of your account and when you call and do not give you the necessary information, well in resume I lost my money! These people are crap and scammers! DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! !

Made an appointment for 9:15Am on a Friday. As I was told it's the earliest they have.
I arrived at 9:05. Was told to fill out paperwork and wait.
Wait 15.....30.....45....60.....minutes and was told when I asked I was next. The tax guy finished and I was expecting to be next and grabbed someone else's file and handled them. So I say you told me I'm next and they say oh no she came in before you, UH NO I saw her come in and she did not come in before me. I finished my paper work when she came in and started hers. I had an appointment and waited 1 hour and 15

It's that time of year again. For most it is a happy time, since they will be getting a return. And who doesn't love a little extra cash in their pockets, especially after the holidays.
JBC Tax Services is very responsible and reliable. They are open during the week as well as weekends during tax season. They do accept walk ins, if they aren't completely booked and you don't mind waiting. However, booking an appointment is best and highly recommended.
Sometimes even with an appointment yo will still have to wait a few minutes, but I think this is widely understood by everyone

My first year doing taxes and it was phenomenal. I went to one tax guy who didn't speak good English and took three weeks to get my paperwork. I ended up leaving him.
I went to another tax person at H&R Block and they told me false info saying I could claim as dependent under my boyfriend (boyfriend...NOT husband) which you cannot do and said my taxes would cost me hundreds
I went to JBC and waited about an hour and half but it was SO worth it. Roger answered all my questions in perfect english..I expected to pay hundreds in taxes but I ended paying nothing! He managed to get me money
