Last couple times the rinse was not clean and it left dirty water marks on my car. Just this morning I paid for the works package, but the undercarriage wash and wheel blast did not work. No attendant on site to help redo the wash or give a refund. Very frustrating.
Update: employee called back to have the wash redone. Still disappointed about the past few experiences, but at least I got a response from them and they were able to get the wash redone.

I’ll get the bad stuff out of the way first: the location of the parking lot in front of the car wash entrances is a pain. Outside of that, it’s a super consistent and expedient place to grab a touch less car wash. Don’t expect to go to a place like this and get a spotless result with a car that is covered in mud and big guts. On the other hand, if you maintain your ride and perform a deep clean and detail often enough, Shammy’s is a great place for a touch up.

The vacuum was one of the better ones I've used $1 will get you 4 minutes of time, they've got a carpet shampooer and scent dispenser, open 24 hours. Why the 3 stars? Upon my arrival I immediately went to the change dispensary and placed 1 dollar bill, I received only 3 quarters.... Placed another dollar and received only ONE quarter in return. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience and will be back... hopefully the change dispenser is fully functional then .
