I used to work for Corning Catering when they supplied lunches and snacks for the Corning Children's Center. I worked there more than 10 years ago, but remember some of the food they would send over for me to deliver to the classrooms. A box of oranges I opened had most of them rotting and moldy! Once in a while a loaf of bread had mold on it. When I took it back and showed Bill Spaulding, he just took it and threw it away with no comment. He had some awful vegetable mixture sent over which the kids wouldn't eat. Another time pineapple chunks were delivered 3 days in a row for the

VERY disappointed in this company. Arranged for Corning Catering to supply donuts, muffins, fruit, and coffee for a company meeting earlier this week. Not only did they not show up, but they also have not return my phone calls or emails.
UPDATE: I did receive a call today (6 days later) offering to cater another meeting at their cost.

If you're reading this review, then u must be here with a tour group & u've got no other choice :( get ready for - Super bad customer service, super bad food, super expensive, super small amount & extremely unpleasant place to eat. Forget about the name & look of the food, u're gonna get completely different tasteless food here. Good luck!

I just attended a wedding catered by this company...the person in charge was extremely rude to his staff, and totally unprepared for the event. He yelled at the staff and we thought he had been drinking or was extremely overcaffinated. He was loud and obnoxious..
He had no lighting to clean up, so he put the pickup truck headlights on, which then shined into the reception tent for over an hour...then his staff played basketball on the dance floor when his company had finally finished cleaning...(we were all dancing on the grass as he took so long to clean up) There were 4 tents set up for
