Dr. Paul Fondacaro received his MD degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1981. He completed his internship and residency in Surgery in 1985-1986 at SUNY Downstate including chief resident 1985-1988. After a short stint as Attending Surgeon at Long Island College Hospital, he was recruited to Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan where he served as Assistant Director of Surgery.

I have to say Emily is a fabulous injector. I was very nervous because in the past a local dr messed things up so I've been apprehensive about gettin injections so when she said she'll inject 20 units I was nervous. I got injections in my forehead and 11's and it looks SO natural I'm just loving it. Thank you Emily and Dr park Ave

I don't think I will be returning to this place...1st time I went for Botox and fillers left the office with bruises (and I have been using fillers for a long time and never has this happened) ... had to return 4 times for the Botox, and every time they charged me more. They say that they don't want to over do it but I have been using Botox for 15 years on my forehead and about 50 units. They could have done this all at once. Everytime I return for a touch up there was a new professional, not sure what's up with them. Prefer my Dr at Mount Sinai and in the end it is the same price

Great experience. I'm an athlete and I live in the area so I decided to visit Dr. Park Avenue for some Cryotherapy to help speed up muscle recovery times. Christina is the wellness pracitioner there and was great, very polite, she took the time to make sure I had all the info I needed prior to setting up a plan for me. Their cryo chamber is top of the line and every time I leave the office I feel incredibly rejuvenated. Highly recommend you give them a call, especially of you're into fitness and health! I had Smart Lipo about a month ago to my abs and chest with Dr. Fondacaro. It was the best decision I ever made! My body looks youthful again and the stubborn fat is gone. This procedure was a real confidence booster! Since the first visit, he took the time to answer all of my questions from start to finish and his coordinator Monika made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with my experience at Dr. Park Avenue in Hoboken. Monika at the front desk was very helpful and answered some of my questions/concerns beforehand. I wasn't sure if I should get Botox or Xeomin, so we scheduled a consultation first. My consultation/appointment was with Christine and she was amazing! We ended up going with the Xeomin, over Botox (which I had previously had), and I am so thrilled with the results. The results began to kick in within a day or two after my appointment. The lines in my forehead have completely disappeared as well as the fine lines around

I couldn't be happier with my experience. Phil and Emily were nothing but fantastic! During the consultation, Emily and I talked about what I was looking for and I could tell that she understood my needs. She was patient as I asked lots of question since it was my first time getting injectables. I had no bursting and very little swelling. Looking forward to being a long term customer.
