Marshall's Jewelers was first established in 1946 by Marshall Rosenblatt in Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. The store moved to Elizabethtown, KY in 1961 and to Bardstown, KY in 1965. I had to say would not go anywhere but Marshall's for any of my jewelry if you have jewelry that you love family heirlooms you can take them in there and we will check to make sure that your stones are not going to fall out. They do all the repairs in house and they are incredible about designing jewelry and repairing jewelry. They do have layaway programs and are very very good about taking care of their customers first. I would not ever go anywhere else I've been going to Marshalls jewelry for over ten years now

I had to have my engagement ring cut off today. It is a heart breaking experience and the gentleman at Marshall’s couldn’t have been kinder and saved me a trip to the ER. I can’t wait to bring it in to have it repaired and resized in a few weeks when the swelling goes down 😣. His kindness during a sad moment has made me a lifetime customer.

My husband got my engagement ring from their Elizabethtown store 14 years ago. After all that time the prong bent when I hit it on something. I took it in and they fixed it for free and delivered it to me in Elizabethtown free of charge! Great customer service! They cleaned it up so my ring looks as good as the day he proposed. Thanks!

The owner was great to work with, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were working with a limited budget for my wedding band and he didn't try to push us in to a price range that we weren't comfortable with like many jewelry stores like to do. I feel that he treated us the same as he would someone who was spending several thousand dollars.

Everyone can afford to shop here. What you can’t afford is to do business with a chain store that offers low quality jewelry.

Only Jewelers I go to! They are so polite and amazing at what they do. They have they most gorgeous selections and have fixed so many pieces for me including my wedding ring! It broke in multiple places and they made it look better than new. I couldn't believe. I wouldn't recommend any other jeweler.
