For client registration, the buyer's agent should keep a copy of client's registration card. The buyer's agent named on the earliest-dated registration card, up to 60 days, will be the agent of record. If the buyer has not purchased a home within 60 days of registering, the buyer must be re-registered.

S&S homes is one of the poorest run companies I have ever built with. They are dishonest, they leave there jobs half done and have no organization skills. Our home was "finished" almost 5 months ago and we were told "give us two weeks and we will get your punch list done." We've not seen or herd from anyone unless we tirelessly harass them.
I continue to turn Friends and family away from building with them, and am looking at seeking legal action. DO NOT BUILD OR BUY AN S&S home.

I can’t express how tired, frustrated, and upset I am over our current build with S&S Homes. They’ve been rude, unprofessional, dishonest, and beyond disorganized. If you want to feel like you took on a part time job while building a home, these are your guys!

We recently built a home with S&S. We've built many homes over the years and S&S is one of the best companies we've worked with. They honored their pricing to the dollar, even in this crazy hot real estate market. They were always responsive and professional, the home is beautiful and on time, and they made changes and repairs easy. They keep the online schedule up to date so you know what's going on and upload pictures each week so you can see progress .We highly recommend S&S Homes and would absolutely build with them again.

I went before the holidays. Receptionist appeared annoyed that I was there, but she gave me an address of a home that I was able to check out on my own through their Nterin app. Homes are high compared to other builders in the area. They are not taking new contracts to build until .I'd February 2021. She never asked for my name. Guess they're not in a hurry to do any business.

Great experience working with S&S Homes! I recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality home in St. George. Craig and James go the extra mile in making sure everything is right. When comparing prices and quality, be sure to list out the "upgrades" with other builders and the "standard" features with S&S Homes. S&S Homes' standard features exceed the upgrades for many other builders. They have a bunch of awesome floor plans in multiple communities or they'll build anything custom for you on your lot anywhere. You'll come out ahead with

We had an amazing building experience with S & S Builders right from the beginning! They are like family to us. We are so impressed with the quality, design and special features that were included in our home.....the Ledges is such a beautiful community and we can’t thank S & S enough for providing us with such a special home to enjoy for years to come. We have already recommended S & S homes to several of our friends. They fell in love with the community and home too! Now 3 couples have purchased lots and are awaiting for their homes to be completed.....I think that says it all!

Not pleased with S&S Homes. It was going good up until middle of framing and the general quit then we got a new one named Darren. Darren would not write anything down and forget never look at change orders and had a hard time getting contractors there. Our house went over by two months from completion date my wife is a stay-at-home mom but felt like she had a full-time job making sure Darren didn’t screw up install the wrong stuff and get contractors at the house. Called S&S Craig and talk to him he told me he was new and he was hoping he would work out I had the framers come back 4 to 5 times
