As a Harrisburg PA Newborn Photographer, newborn photography is my first true love. I LOVE babies! I have specialized in photographing newborns since 2010. I love newborn photos because they capture a baby's first days in the world. If you're a first-time parent, you'll be surprised by how quickly those early days go by-and how little you remember.

Karissa does such wonderful work capturing our family through the same lens we see everyday. Wether in her cozy and clean studio or on location she is always professional and creates beautiful art, because at the end of the day the pictures she is taking will adorn your walls for generations. We would highly recommend Karissa. She set up an initial meeting to learn about our family (likes and dislikes), choose a location for the shoot, and also lay out the costs. It was extremely helpful. On the day of the pictures, she really took her time to get the right pictures. After the picture day, she met with us to select pictures and presented how the pictures would look on our wall, as well as helped us select the print style and frame. After the pictures were delivered, she came, arranged, and hung them on the wall perfectly.

Karissa photographed our family to celebrate the arrival of our second son. We scheduled a newborn and sibling session with her; the former in her studio and the latter in our home. We appreciated Karissa's attention to detail and the variety of photos she captured. Karissa came to my parent's house when my mom was actively dying to do goodbye photos with our family. The images she took are beautiful. This was a very tough time for us and she was professional and just the sweetest person ever! The books she had made for us are gorgeous. The quality is unbelievable they will last forever. Karissa is absolutely wonderful! Her work is high quality and absolutely beautiful. She treated us like family as we welcomed our first child and she photographed his newborn photos. I love that she took the time to come to our home and hang them! Karissa was great from the first time we spoke on the phone and as we continue to discuss future sessions. I can’t say enough about our experience with Karissa! We had my granddaughter at that time of day when she was just not so into it… but Karissa was still able to get her to take some amazing photos! The photos that Karissa took of my daughter are just on the next level! I'm very picky with photos and she managed to absolutely amaze me - a truly talented photographer with results that will make your jaw drop in awe. She has such a positive attitude and her level of patience with our baby was just amazing!!! She went above and beyond to capture the perfect shot. I was happy to see how much of a perfectionist she was it definitely made us feel that we made the right choice.
