Limit the sun exposure especially two weeks before your treatment. Getting laser hair removal while your skin is tanned can cause hyper or hypopigmentation (depending on your skin color). Avoid waxing, plucking and tweezing the hair. Waxing, tweezing or plucking while in laser hair removal treatment can make your treatment ineffective.

I’ve been going to Renova for years and I’ve always had amazing service. I recently started doing full body laser treatments and my results had me blown away. The hair growth on my legs are so fine and you can barely see any hair. Shaving my armpits always came with horrible irritation, coarser hair and dark pits which is no more since I’ve started my sessions. They always have good promos so I highly recommend 👍🏾

My experience with Renova Laser has been wonderful. From the time they make your appointment all the way thru the appointment. Everything is explained thoroughly to ensure a smooth process. My tech was Sara. She briefed me about the entire process before beginning, explained to me what what was doing each step away and then upon completion also advised about after care. Overall very good experience and highly recommended!

This was my first experience with laser hair removal. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Upon entry the staff was warm and welcoming. After completing some standard paperwork, I was called back immediately to the room. Hardly no wait! Perhaps it was my lucky day. The nurse performing the laser was very knowledgeable, answered all my silly questions and made the procedure very comfortable. Not sure why I waited so long to get laser done!

I have had a great experience here so far. I have been going here for about a year now and Sarah, the receptionist is absolutely amazing. She is sweet and accommodating, and very professional. I can always get my appointments scheduled efficiently with her. I have seen steady results with my esthetician Alex, she is great. Incredibly knowledgable about her field and can answer any question you may have, she also makes you feel comfortable with the process. I will continue getting treatments with Alex because I know she is an expert.

I bought a package of laser hair removal for full body. So far, so good. Many areas have only small patches of hair growing now and, it is thinner and growing much slower then before. I am very glad that I don't need to shave everyday anymore.I have done the treatments with different technicians and they are all professionals and make you feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Still have two session to go through. Hope to get rid of the hair by the then.

I have been attending for the past year to Renova and can't be happier the service is great and they are so understanding of schedule. I have done facials and hair removal and will do micro-needling next and trust them so much. Overall, I'm very pleased with the improvements I've experienced. I purchased a full body laser hair removal package - it comes with 6 treatments/sessions. So far I've done 4 of the 6 sessions and I would say 70% of my hair is gone! In the areas where I'm still growing hair, I've gone from thick, coarse hair to very fine and not so noticeable peach. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after the 6th treatment!

I love this place! The prices are very fair and they often have great deals with their packages. I am so amazed with the results I have seen in the few sessions I have been to renova. I found them online and was able to take advantage of one of the specials they were running. Alex does my sessions and I love her! She made me feel comfortable from the vet beginning even though I was doing areas I had never done laser on. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and stocked with wipes and aloe Vera which I appreciate. This is a must if you are near the katy area!

After searching high & low for a hygienic and affordable med spa to get laser hair removal treatments at, I have finally found THE one. Elnaz (as seen on TV) answered all of my questions and really worked with me to find a great package that was well within my budget. All of their techs are amazing, friendly and make you feel at ease. Most importantly, the results I have seen after just two treatments are unreal. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner!!

I have done laser hair removal before , but moving to a different city I wanted to make sure I got the right person to do it. I had gotten a Groupon to Renova laser & went in for a Brazilian at first with Yesenia, after going to their other location (not even close to the experience I've had here) and I loved the way she was so careful to reach every spot with the laser (not just skimming through the skin) and was kind, and attentive. Knowing that this was hard to come by I decided to do my whole body with her. I was then introduced to Alex while Yesenia was gone and absolutely no complaints

My technician at this location was not personable and made my very first laser treatment extremely uncomfortable. Not only that, as I was leaving the office she proceeded to talk about me/my body after having exposed myself completely to her to have a full face and full Brazilian laser treatment. I was so unhappy I had to switch locations..which was meant to be temporary so that I could just move techs at the katy location (which happens to be very close to my home) without missing a treatment.

My best friend surprised me with 2 small areas as a gift since I would have never thought about getting laser hair removal on my own. I personally had a very good experience with this location so far. I've finished my 3rd laser hair removal session already & the technician Jahaida is the main reason I'm leaving a 5-star review for this place. My 1st session was done by a different technician and I wasn't entirely satisfied about it as she didn't really touch on the small details. Jahaida did my 2nd & 3rd sessions wonderfully! She was the nicest lady and also very patient to deal with my poor pain management level lol. She always made sure she didn't miss even just a tiny spot, so that her work

WORST customer service ever from Crystal Carlos!! I went to Renova for a lip procedure. Long story short I was not happy with the results! I called Renova and left a message for the manager Crystal asking to please return my call. A week goes by NOTHING! No call. After several attempts Crystal finally calls me back today. Crystal calls only to upset me more by saying I am a complicated customer! How am I complicated!? I spent $450 dollars on a procedure that looks horrible! Now I have to spend more money in correcting my lips! Crystal informed me they can't do anything about it! This procedure
