The thing that impressed me most about Sweeney Law is the fact that they cared. There was a definite sense of caring, not just that I was a client, but someone that you genuinely cared about and wanted to help. The fact that you took the time to even explain things to my wife. Attorney Sicignano has been handling my divorce and custody case from the beginning and has been an amazing blessing to my family from the start! She has always placed the welfare of my child first and foremost, and helped me fight a years long battle that culminated in me being awarded 50/50 custody! Without attorney Sicignano I don't believe the outcome would have been as pleasant. Review is a little dated as my custody case was a couple years ago, but something reminded me I forgot to leave a review of my poor experience.
My old lawyer was being walked all over and in desperation to not lose my children, I was recommended to Mildred Sweeney. Even in the initial meeting with her, her lack of caring shined through, and against my gut I forked over a 2000$ retainer. After a no more than a half dozen emails and one 30 minute teleconference I decided to throw in the towel and settle my case on my own to finally have closure in my life.

I’d give this place a big fat 0, no stars!!! Horrible service! Heather was terrible!! She didn’t do what I asked and hardly returned emails or phone calls! Plus the office hung up on me when I told them I didn’t want to pursue with them and had gotten new conceal..which was unprofessional! They don’t bill you monthly like the papers you sign when you hire them and yet they want their remaining balance when they didn’t do their job or send me invoices every month! This place is a joke and rude! My current lawyer even said they screwed me in my divorce...they didn’t fight for me but yetvstill
