Our chiropractors graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the fountainhead and birthplace of chiropractic and still to date the most prestigious chiropractic school in the world. Austin and Paige are both from the Midwest, but found a love for the mountains and beauty of Western Montana, especially Butte!
We specialize in Blair Upper Cervical technique, which is an extremely detailed and specific technique taking care of the upper neck. The X-rays we take allow us to get a perspective in 3D to best assess and establish a precise adjustment for each individual person. Adjustments are extremely gentle with minimal force without any bending, twisting, or cracking.
Upon entering our office, you will be greeting warmly and kindly by our front staff members as we strive to offer a comfortable atmosphere followed by excellent chiropractic care. The purpose of day one's consultation is to discuss problem areas and highlight your health goals. This helps us determine if chiropractic is likely to help you and what our doctors should be focusing on.
This is a full spine technique and protocol. These adjustments commonly produce the audible people refer to as "cracking". This technique is very controlled in which bone is to be moved and how it is to be done. Many chiropractors utilize aspects of the technique and we have been trained in it as well.

After disastrous results from an in-n-out, snap, crunch, crack Chiropractor in Bozeman, I made the drive to Butte after having Dr. Austin & crew recommended. Their level of knowledge, insight, care and skill is a necessity for this type of medicine, and the results speak for themselves. After many years I'm finally seeing and feeling results that have drastically improved my quality of life - and all w/o the truly terrifying trauma of impractical and most times, inaccurate hard adjustments. The team at Highland Family Chiropractic is phenomenal. I am always warmly greeted by Hailey upon entering the building. The care provided by Dr. Austin has been precisely catered to all my needs. I was so impressed with my treatment that I scheduled treatment for my two children. After just 2 visits we have seen incredible improvement. We will continue to make the 40 mile trek to this practice as I have NEVER been provided with this level of treatment in any other office! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

Had my second appointment (first adjustment) today. This is the first time I've had x-rays for a chiropractor and I've been seeing chiropractors for 20 years. Dr.Crema did a great job explaining my x-rays to me and creating a good plan to help resolve my problems. Excited to see how much improvement I can gain.

Dr. Paige and Dr. Austin are phenomenal. I’ve had a few bad experiences with chiropractors in the past essentially telling me that I’m overweight ( which I am) and that was the root cause of my chiropractic issues. Dr’s. Paige and Austin did not take that approach, they took X-rays and asked questions in regards to the issues I was having and used all of that info to build and execute a treatment plan. They didn’t call me fat and boot me out the door and charge me $70 for all my troubles of which I am super appreciative.
